I really love the opening to Shoujo Kakumei Utena. It sends shivers down my spine whenever I watch said opening cause I REALLY love shoujo-ai with it's subtle, yet sometimes not-so subtle subtext.
and the ending to Kannazuki no Miko, which has a nice upbeat, yet sad song by Kotoko.
Listening to these two get me in the mood for romantic shoujo-ai~♥

Pandora Hearts (Parallel Hearts by Fictionjunction) has an awesome OP and soundtrack in general 
but then i also love 07 ghost (Aka no Kakera) OP and Shakugan no Shana (i forgot what this one was called) and Fortune Arterial (kizunairo) uugh... why is it so hard to choose
