My ringtone is Zero by Anna Tsuchiya (from NANA), but I have a personalized ringtone for when my sister calls me, and that is Futsuu No Nichiyoubi Ni (theme song of Hana Yori Dango).

For text messages (real otaku here) I have that kind of jingle from Miracle Girls (the sound you hear when Mikage and Tomomi communicate telepathically and their bracelets light up)... I actually recorded it from my VHS myself.

For some time I had Misato's theme song from Neon Genesis Evangelion, but it didn't make much noise so more often than not I missed the calls. Now I've got 'Starlight' by Muse, and two personalised ringtones, 'Tonight I Have To Leave It' by the Shout Out Louds and an excerpt of 'Famous Last Words' by My Chemical Romance.

I haven't heard my ringtone for so long cos I keep it on silent all the time...
No idea what it's called but it's some kinda rock drum beat thing. It's really cool.
And before that I had the tune from the Vodafone Mayfly ad. Catchy.

sweet nothings by brenda lee, zutto issho sa from bara no nai hanya, planetarium and flavor of life from HanaYoriDango 1 & 2, lalala from seven, and ye ze from the rose. The list goes on everyone in my phone has their own ringtone, and those not in my phone has the theme from howl's moving castle.

Final Fantasy VI fight song, though I use UEMATSU-sensei's Black Mages fast version.

My Mother uses the Buck Tick's Dress~Trinity mix.
