Yanki-kun to Megane-chan. It's so funny and weird and it never fails to make me laugh.
I also love the relationships between all the characters.

Hmmm I'm voting for: Wagatsuma-san wa Ore no Yome.
However I've had blasts with: GTO, Kyou kara Ore wa!! and several others.

Angel Densetsu is fantastic, even if it is a little repetitive.
Kyou kara Ore wa!! is in the same ballpark as the above, and causes non-stop laughter.
Binbougami ga! - a proper masterpiece, not least because of the parody humour laced throughout it. The fantastic character development and relationships, and the epic finale, are just icing on the cake. But damn is it funny.
Onepunch-Man - come on. This is done for the laughs, the whole way through.
One Piece has got to be up there somewhere, so many things to say about this manga - one of them is that it manages to be funnier than most comedy manga out there.
An honourable mention would be Nisekoi - it's one of the most predicable, tropey, cliched harem manga I think I could name, and the main reason it's still in my good books is because it manages to be very, very funny a lot of the time.
I can't really let this go without mentioning Arakawa's two gems, Fullmetal Alchemist and Silver Spoon.

Second GTO and Gintama though in my opinion the Gintama anime is better (please don't kill me! >.<)
Slam Dunk is also hilarious especially in between the matches but it's a sports manga...
Also check out this webtoon called Ya! Oee made me laugh so much I got a side stitch...
