My friend doesn't remember the name of this yaoi manga so I'm trying to help out. Okay, so here's the basic synopsis:

The manga's about a guy whose boyfriend calls him a terrible lover, inspiring the main character to join a porn studio in hopes of improving in bed. He still gets dumped, but finds himself falling for studio's star performer.

I think it's Haru wo Daiteita that you're talking about but not sure.
