Okay so simple i'm just looking like something like Vampire Knight the relationship between Yuuki and Kaname <3 and also a manga that has a guy thats hot but can't express himself too good, he talks to little, or he just simply quiet
in other words something that has a guy who's in love but can never say i love u cause he's to shy or something like that .
hope i was specific cause sometimes i lead off XP

Omigosh, Yuki and Kaname make such a cute couple >-< lawl//
Did you want something like Vampire Knight that has a male lead that can't express himself? Or did you want something with a male lead that can't express himself well as well as manga that relate a little to VK? Sorry... I don't know if I'm being too clear.
Anyway, these are manga I that have male leads that can't express themselves too well:
Uwasa no Midori-kun (Maybe... Midori x Tsukasa- LOVE them)
Skip Beat (Maybe-ish, but awesome if you haven't read it yet)
Dear Mine (I don't know exactly if this is what you're looking for, but I think it should work)
Beauty Pop (Great manga.)
Fruits Basket (Kyo and Tohru XD)
Cardcaptor Sakura (lol. Syaoran and Sakura...)
Imadoki! (? It took him a while to say "I love you")
Boys Over Flowers (Very cute. Very worth it... even if the art is meh.)
Akuma to Love Song (MUST READ. Rawr)
Manga that you'd like if you liked VK:
Merupuri (Same author as VK)
Blood Alone (Vampires... totally adorable)
Kare Kano (<3)
Dengeki Daisy (Cute w/ some drama)
Goong (Like VK, it has lots of drama, characters, love stories, drags on, great story, etc)
Mars (Art is a little different, but a wonderful manga nonetheless)
Kiss (I think you'd like this one- art is different, but not bad)
Tonari no Megane-kun (A lighter mood, cute, refreshing, but still has that shoujo drama I think you're looking for)
Ai Hime - Ai to Himegoto (The forbidden love kind of thing with Yuki and Kaname... this is one of my favorite manga by the way)
Yurusarete Inai Watashitachi (Stories of forbidden love again-awesome stories and author, Light smut)
Emma (Forbidden love again - not shoujo, but still great)
Black Bird (A LOT of drama like VK)
Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne (Forbidden Love-ish, Angel x Demon stuff... Drama, complications, love triangles, VK-ish)
Fushigi Yuugi (Yeah, again with the forbidden love *sigh*)
Ichigo Channel (Drama, love triangles, different art that has the possibility of turning you off, but great-ish story
)
7th Period Rhapsody (Forbidden teacher x student love, but a lot lighter mood, very cute)
That's all I have time to think of right now. Some of them are a little childish (CCS), and some might not be exactly what you're looking for (I'm having a little trouble figuring out exactly what it is you want). But they're all (mostly) good
