Not sure whether Hermit-chan will like it. That's why I didn't bring it up. You could try Breath, which I read long time ago. The characters are all messed up and perhaps unlikable, with depression, lots of problems, etc.

I havent check out those titles but I will definitely check them out!

I've watched the trailer from your movie recommendation, it looks good and very very REALISTIC, those situations can happen IRL! I'm kinda impressed with the plot where her mom went to America with her lover, leaving her daughter behind and in reality, she was cheated and had to work as a prostitute there.
Even the people in the movie is very well-cast and looks like a surreal slice-of-life drama than an 'overdramatised movie with attractive people' in it.
I'll prolly check out on ebay if the movie is english subbed.

I think you might be interested in Rika? Read it long time ago and almost forgot it.
Now that Escape (KYUUGOU) has been mentioned (I personally don't like it). Why don't you try Biroudo no Tensoku? I think the rest of the book is terrible (and not scanlated yet), but this one-shot inside it is not bad at all and scanlated.
They have rape. Enjoy.

Well in these manga's they don't fall in love, but there is fairly serious rape's in them;
Tetsu X Rika ; Very disturbing, has very graphic mental and physicall abuse(not just rape), the first chapter also contains pedophilia/incest.
Shiiku Gakari Rika; The sequel. Extremly disturbing non-erotic rape.
Animal X; Sort of.. I haven't read the whole thing yet. The story is fairly crack in the beginning, until the main chara gets raped. The rape is dealt with fairly realistically and sad without being overly dramatic about it.
Zankoku na kami ga shihaisuru; A boy being sexually abused by his stepfather. Winner of the first Osamu Tezuka Cultural Prize's Award for Excellence. Reccomended if you want serious rape.

Sakura-Gari by WATASE Yuu
Saigo no Sangatsu by TSUKUMO Gou (omg, this manga was somehow so cute, that I totally forgot, that raper's feelings were not reciprocated ^^ so, it might be a wrong suggestion)
How about some bdsm with a plot and characters?) Of course there is plenty of rape and some intense love or affection, at least. Then try
Hoshi no Yakata and Sadistic Boy by Tori Maia
I also do recommend Let Dai by Woon Soo-yeon. Though there is no rape between main characters, one of them behaves frighteningly cruel towards another, and it's a solid emotional work about love.
Zankoku na kami ga shihaisuru - is a serious manga and very good indeed, and I like it a lot. Even made me to look into japanese dictionary to find out about the next chapters. But the victim's love isn't targeted towards his raper.
I'm fond of intense profound romantic stories. I'm actually looking for any such manga with a cruel main character, who mocks his partner and loves him/her still (oh, i'm such an M ^-^;  . It maybe a hard thing to find, but it would be great if this cruel person won't be a petty cheating drunkard, but a strong character.  Maybe i shouldn't start new topic and just continue this one?
