And I recommend the Summit. It's long and has a good story. The problem is that I can't stand the art style but you might.

Totally Captivated. It's a manhwa. It has great and art and comedy. The romance scenes are also well done.

Since I don't know what you like or have/haven't read, these may not be useful but:
Three authors:
-Tateno Makoto
-Miyamoto Kano
-Yamane Ayano
And several titles. I tried to pick a few that aren't too stereotypical:
-Gokujou no Koibito
-Koukyuu no Arika
-The Cornered Mouse Dreams of Cheese
-Roman Gousha
-Wild Fangs/Wild Rose
-Ouchou Haru no Yoi no Romance
But these are kind of small and limited offerings
It would help to know what your preferences are, such as which plot types you like better, and which titles you have read and liked so far.

its short, only four books but it has a good story line. It's not hardcore but I wouldn't consider it fluff either ^ ^

Try NISHIDA Higashi's works if you haven't. Quite a few of them are scanlated and complete.
