Well, I just typed it in in the handy search box and apparently there are two separate manga called Yojinbo.

Not a manga, but there's also the visual novel Yojinbo, which has been translated into English and which I love. ^^

Shounen
Seirei no Moribito (anime too)

Shounen-ai
Tenshi ni Bara no Hanataba wo

Yaoi
Aoi Hitsuji no Yume
Last Portrait: extra story: Stairway to Heaven

Shoujo
Game x Rush
Kuroneko Guardian (oneshot)
Choukyouai: Pale Sacrifice (smut)
Edit: adding Black Bird

Maybe? - being a bodyguard isn't the main theme, but there are main characters that serve that purpose.
Haruka: Beyond the Stream of Time
Fushigi Yuugi
Fushigi Yuugi Genbu Kaiden
M.G. Darling
Mamotte Agemasu (smut)

Allow me to point out that in Haruka, nearly everybody is a bodyguard one way or another, and furthermore, the sole purpose of that series is pointless romance with seven different guys and no end in sight.

That's more or less the case in Fushigi Yuugi too. (Not sure about Genbu Kaiden, but if it follows close to the original series...)
