I was wondering if any other members who are using google chrome are getting the warnings about this site advertising stuff from blah.com or something. Been happening recently and wasn't sure if any admins know about it yet.

Actually, that sounds more like an "advertising trap" for some "malware", designed to make you buy their product and consequently, probably, set you up to be another "victim of fraudulent advertising".

Well, I don't use google chrome (what exactly is it, anyway?), but I clicked on the BLAH link down at the bottom of the column to the right a couple weeks ago, just out of curiosity, and the second I was on their site, my virus scanner gave a pop-up window warning that it detected a virus on my computer. I was really suprised, too, since I trust manga updates; I didn't think there'd be any affiliate links to places with bad stuff... Anyway, I closed the BLAH site window right away, and scanned my whole computer; the scan found a two trojans and some malware on my computer. I know it was from the BLAH site because I had done a scan just half an hour before, which found nothing bad, and had only visited google's main search page ('cause it's my home page), manga updates (which has never given me any problems), and the BLAH site between the two scans.
So if it were me, I'd trust the google chrome's warnings--unless the BLAH people have fixed things on their site since then, but I don't dare go visit to check. I mean, manga updates isn't the problem, so google isn't exactly right, but it was certainly right that one of the links here leads to a site with bad stuff, so I'd say it's pretty trustworthy.

The warning only comes when a link to "www.blahsoft.com" is showed, if the link is not displayed everything is ok. So the question remains: Why mangaupdates has such affiliateconfused

I have been getting this warning on both Firefox and Google Chrome. Not sure exactly why it is responding this way.

It seems to be set off arbitrarily.
