I'm looking for a specific h-manga but i forgot the name maybe you can remember it if I describe it to you... or at least the parts I remember. I looked through all the hentai, non-lolicon manga's in the mangaupdates database but couldn't find it
I believe it is a one-shot but i'm not completely sure of that at the moment.
I believe the story has an english translation (or at least a re-write) since I remember details i otherwise would not have known... but again I could be wrong here

A guy is living in this apartment and then this high class girl / lady appears at the door. (if I remember correctly there were more people at the door congratulating him)
Apparently he has won some sort of lottery which decides whose going to marry this lady.
Near the end of the manga we learn that the system which selected the husband of the lady made a mistake and now they are hurrying to the apartment to stop what has obviously already happened since this is hentai and also the end of the manga.
