Hi everyone, Ares here from EMS Team and we're currently looking for editors and translators for most of our series, as well as potential new ones. I'll go over the details here, but if you want to know more, we have a page set up here

First of all, I should explain our editor positions are a little more complex than most groups. Our editors do the bulk of the scanlating work, editing the scripts, cleaning the images, and inputting the text into the scans. Afterwards, our proofreaders will double-check for any grammatical errors or fix any Engrish issues. It may seem like more work than other groups, but we've been using this process for well over a year without problems. We did try translation proofreaders (people who edit the translation before the editors start on it) as well as cleaners, but most of our editors preferred to do it themselves as the time required to do these steps isn't that great, and it cuts down on the group size.

We don't have many requirements for our group, we're a pretty laid back group. I do however have a few things:

#1) Most of our titles are ecchi or have actual sex scenes in them, so 18+ only.. We also find that members over 18 are more responsible and more dedicated into seeing the project through, since as you get older, you get more responsible..

#2) Check your egos at the door.. We don't have time or the patience to put up with elitists or people that thinks they are better than everyone else..

#3) Communication/Dedication is vital! A lot of my stress (and gray hairs!) are due to guys coming on, staying for a couple chapters and then just disappearing with no communication whatsoever. We want people who are willing to see these projects through.

Okay, enough preaching... Here are our projects and what we're needing:

Sakura Tsuushin aka Sakura Diaries.. U-jin manga.. fair amount of nudity and sex.. We're needing a translator and about two editors for this series (Note: This title does not have furigana.. so a higher Japanese proficiency level is needed)

Yume de Aetara aka If I See You In My Dreams.. really great manga by Hanako, it's actually became my favorite of our series even though we started with ST.. rare panel of nudity, no sex that I know of (not sure of later volumes). We're needing a translator for this title.. We're not needing an editor at this point, but if you really want to work on this project, you can take over my position of editor, and I can move to other titles..

HEN manga by Oku Hiroya (Gantz) yuri title, fair amount of nudity and sex.. Also, we're looking to do both versions of HEN.. We're needing a translator and two editors for this title (Note: This title does not have furigana.. so a higher Japanese proficiency level is needed)

We also do Yaiba, but we're not looking for positions for this title until we can find RAW scans, right now durendal, our current translator, is doing the project solo since he owns the books, and does scanning, etc himself..

We're also looking into future projects such as Happy World. We'll need editors and translators for this possible project, but it's not 100% confirmed yet, mainly cause I would like to contact any current groups to see if they're continuing with this title..

So basically, we're looking for one or two good translators to help out Durendal as he's getting overloaded a bit, as well as about 3 or 4 editors to help out the current team.
