My absolute favorites are Kamui from X and Subaru from X & Tokyo Babylon. Kamui is the most gorgeous bishounen, like, ever He's just so darn beautiful. And Subaru, as stated here: "The young man had an aura of sexiness that reached out and possessed everyone’s mind." It's one of the best descriptions of Subaru I've come across, and, well, it's just so darn true Nataku is also quite the bishounen...

I also heart bishounen in Fruits Basket, such as Yuki and Haru, and Zero and Kaname from Vampire Knight. The bishies in MeruPuri are nice too...how about Night, Soshi, Gaku, and Toshiki from Absolute Boyfriend? Especially Night...Kyo from Alice 19th, Koki from Imadoki!, the bishies of Ouran High School Host Club, the bishies of DNAngel...waay too many favorites

This is a hard one. But yes, Tokyo Babylon would be my choice as well.
Although, the pretty boys in BL manga are more...pretty. Well feminine actually. Like Okane ga Nai and Madness.

K2 from Demon Sacred... man, he's REALLY hot. Not like feminine hot but guyish hot.

And same for many of the other male characters from Demon Sacred... I could get a nosebleed from looking at them. There's just something charming I guess about characters with good art and well-crafted personalities.

Hmmm... the doctor from Darling wa ? (that smutty comedy done by Shoujo Magic) is also not bad looking.

There's just too many... I started reading manga because of the bishounen and I continue reading manga because of the... bishounen.
