I'm looking for some manga which you guys think is great and doesn't get the attention it deserves. I'm not really interested in those which get enough attention(one piece) and those not worth attention(bleach)

Oh, this applies to pretty much everything I read. ^^ Kimi to Boku is a cute one. Another is my very favorite, Thomas no Shinzou. It was actually published earlier than Kaze to Ki no Uta and is in my opinion better than it, but everyone seems to forget about it when listing "the first shounen-ai mangas". It's a shame, because it's regarded as a classic in Japan and it's Hagio-sensei's first real masterpiece.

Totally Miriam. I fell in love with this sweet, spunky romance from the beginning, and have reread it serveral times since. I really have no idea why it has so few fans, especially since another manga by the same mangaka, Kanata Kara, is so popular - I mean, it's very good, but not as good as Miriam in my opinion. But anyway, it takes place in an old-fashioned Western kind of setting, and follows the intrepid adventures of a young country girl and her cowboy companion from childhood to the brink of adulthood.

Definitely 7 seeds. The plot's top notch and many people dismissed the manga either because of the 'old school shoujo' art or just reading the first two volumes. Can't help it, everyone has different tastes.

Rubbers 7
Dangu
Tetsuwan Girl
Soredemo Machi wa Mawatteiru
Raiders
My Mysterious Girlfriend X
Dance Till Tomorrow
Living Game

Not sure if it counts as unnoticed, but stuff by Ashinano Hitoshi - Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou and his current, Kabu no Isaki.

Second 7seeds, an epic, horrific, heartrending, epic, awesome, epic manga. I always thought it was quite popular, but thinking about it, I guess not... definitely not as popular as the mangaka's other work Basara.

Most of mine are shoujo or josei. But I think these would probably appeal to those who normally don't like shoujo:
Hana no Namae
Cheese in the Trap
Toumei na Sekai
Kiss & Never Cry completely overshadowed by mangaka's other work Kimi wa Pet (which is awesome, but not as intriguing in terms of drama/mystery as K&NC)
Matsuri Special well, this is a shounen, but to me it really reads like a shoujo, which isn't really surprising given the mangaka's history... (and well actually, I think Cat Street is a bit overrated, while her new work Tora to Ookami which I refused to read for a long time because it had such a generic-sounding plot is pretty interesting but doesn't seem to be getting much attention atm)
Torikagoshou no Kyou mo Nemutai Juunintachi
Kaze Hikaru (who doesn't love the Shinsengumi? This manga is so authentic it's a bit scary. Apart from the fact there's a woman in the Shinsengumi, but... oh well...)

The rest of my recs:
Tenshi no Uta (although I seem to be the only one in the world who's this fanatical about it and it's mainly down to one character... read my comment about it, haha)
Yume miru Taiyou
Bitou Lollipop
Bara no Tame ni
Oniichan to Issho (this is a great comedy)
Hoshi no Oujo
Saiunkoku Monogatari
Mizu ni Sumu Hana
