I find tentacle hentai absolutely disgusting and I'm a big fan of almost all genres of hentai. I can't see how anyone finds that arousing or entertaining. I know the whole appeal of hentai is the unrealism but that's taking it to another level, a level of disgusting. But maybe it's just me, whats your thoughts of tentacle hentai.

I don't watch Hentai to begin with, so no. But if it does come up when I'm reading a Hentai manga, I don't mind it at all. They're just... there.

But out of curiosity, I watched a live action one  and it was much worse. So terrible, it was bordering funny.

I would watch if it's tentacles on men. But that doesn't mean I like it though. It's just different, like Raeryn said. I mean, almost all tentacle hentai are women. O_O Correct me if I am wrong. I have read a couple of doujinshis with tentacles on guys but they are not explicit enough to be hentai. Weird. Is it tentacle smut? 
If anyone knows a hentai where those being tentacle f**ked are men, feel free to tell me.

Just to keep this on topic,
I do have some CG's and doujins that includes tentacles but I'm not a big fan.
I admire it as a loophole to the penis cencorship ban. Quite a historical event imo

I watched a few random ones, but never actively searched for such hentai (no idea how to sort hentai anime by genre, really...)
Some were yuck, but some were actually nice.
Depends on the female victim, as well.
I've seen a trailer with this huge boobed-caped-powerpuff
being raped up in the sky.
It was strange and quite unappealing~
(not sure how tentacle it was?...)
I must say though, that when done right tentacle
scenes can be very much hot. :3
Not a hentai, but take Crimson Spell (a yaoi) for example.
Spoiler (highlight to view) There was a chapter where the uke was being fondled by some plant's tentacles. And he enjoyed it. bahahha .
Anyways... Tentacle sex goes a long way in the
Japanese culture (or something).
They were quite creative even back then.
