It's interesting and different from the usual hentai, but the novelty wore off for me since it's usually the same scene. The girl gets fucked to death or mindraped. Well, I don't actively go and search for it, but if it happens on a hentai I'm watching, it won't get an active response from me. Meh.

It's nothing I search for in hentai, that's for sure. I enjoy it more if it's not just simple tentacles and a human, it's weird to say but it's so common now it's vanilla in my book.
