A well established character in manga is the bishounen. On paper, it's quite easy for a man to look like a woman, but what about in realy life? How many men do you know of that TRULY are bishounen?
After asking myself this question, I went on a search for pretty boys, and ended up with these four names
Lee Jun Ki
Orlando Bloom
Teddy Geiger
Mika
(Pictures can be found here: http://mangameditation.blogspot.com/2009/04/all-pretty-boys.html
So, who would you all add to this list?

Erm... dare I say this despite my fears of getting flamed?
... maybe... Zac Efron?
I mean, I think he does look kinda feminine in a guy way like many shoujo bishounens.

Hmm... the only two that come to mind are Kamenashi Kazuya and Ueda Tatsuya, both from Kat-Tun.

Bill Kaulitz - I thought for sure he was a girl the first time I saw his picture.
Nick Valensi - seems to depend on the picture though.

They exist, and they are called male models (especially the ethereally doll-like ones that model for uber-luxury brands). They look surprisingly boring despite their near-perfect features.
I like Lee Jun Ki, though. He crossdressed in the film The King and the Clown, and he was the most beautiful man in drag I had ever seen.
Leslie Cheung was also beautiful (R.I.P.).

Mana! <3
Gackt-I think he's the first name that comes to mind, yes?
David Bowie when he was younger and dressed in glam, but I'm too lazy to find a picture.
My last boyfriend was a total pretty-boy. He's the only one I've ever met in person.
Feminine or not, he's ugly and dorky looking. I don't think ugly dorks really count X3
Total personal opinion of course.

My current boyfriend and ex-boyfriend. XD
It depends on what you mean by "bishounen". It originally means pretty guys under 18 (shounen). Aren't pretty guys over 18 biseinen?
And being beautiful or pretty doesn't have to be feminine to the point of looking absolutely perfect to crossdress. So I don't think bishounen has to look like a woman. Lots of manga characters don't look like women but are still considered bishies, e.g. Haine from Dogs and the main dude from Defence Devil. They are hot.
I agree with Terpsichore's Efron comment. He's average and over-rated. I have seen lots of guys who are not celebrities better looking than him.
Nick Valensi is the one who looks like a shoujo bishie.
What about Shirota Yuu ?

HYDE.
Even at 40 he still look like he jumped out of Kaori Yuki manga.
(well that makes him biseinen, but still)

Models, yes. But I don't think it's always the case in female oriented films (at least not in Hollywood's movies).
