Probably susanoo because he did say pray you never have to use it. that thing is pretty devastating and maybe they could use it to defeat madara. because itachi obviously saw him as a threat to sasuke. well maybe if sasuke can ever see past his hate for konaha that is. they could use it to get rid of madara instead of nearlly killing each other. but at this point i feel they'll be using it more for nearly killing each other.

I think he gave him a way to block the use of sharingan or a way to destroy it without killing him when used on him or even a part of him self to defend against its use.
Would be good if it was a sharigan he gave him but can not see it lol.

it's not a power.. but a seal that bind both naruto and sasuke's soul.. itachi gave both of them the seal using his genjutsu, though in a different way. with this seal if one dies the other dies as well... and with it they probably feel each others feeling in a deeper levels... gayish much? well so does the rest of the manga..
ps: this also explain what naruto mean by saying "if we fight again we're both gonna die"

i think people are focusing on sasuke to much and thinking about it to hard
itachi most likely gave naruto only info on the past or a way to bring down madara

u dont mix harry potter with naruto
i think it must be smth that restricts mangekyou us against naruto

Wow, you guys are over thinking about it. Naruto isn't like a mystery manga where you have to predict what will happen in the future of a scene just because it looks like the mangaka is hiding something. Its not. Naruto is a straight forward manga that even a elementary kid can understand. Therefore Naruto isn't getting any power from itachi.

GAH! I seriously can't wait to see when this will be reveal--the power that Itachi gave to Naruto. It's one of the top reasons why I keep reading.
I think it will be some other power, something powerful enough that Naruto can utilize and can stop Sasuke before he really just goes off the edge and destroy a continent or something.
It may be information, it may some real powers, I don't really mind either way. I can't wait to see which it is and how it will help.

I recall Itachi actually warned naruto, he said that ' i hope the time never come when u have to use it ".
in my opinion , it has to be some sort of dangerous jutsu , or forbidden kind of jutsu that will , probably kill either naruto and sasuke, or just sasuke maybe , because before itachi gave that power to naruto, he asked him " even if u had to kill him to save konoha? " . Hmm , but counter genjutsu is quite a choice to, but naruto already mastered Nine tales chakra, doesnt that gave him some sort of awareness type of shield to counter genjutsu or something?

Its probably just a way to counter Sauske's sharingan because no matter how much power Naruto gets he cant fight the genjutsul

OK, In the end Naruto and Sasuke will take down the Madara 'combine special powers in ch 333' and both of them fight to death against Kabuto and they recover in hospital and sakura confess her feeling to sasuke "same to hinata"...
and both of them will become hero of world ! And all the countries will become ONE. ~.~ so who need hokage ?

There's that 'black fire' skill right? just as Itachi gave Sasuke one to activate automatically on tobi, I think Naruto got a 'douse amaterasu for free' one. So far it seems implied that it can not be ended otherwise, right? (or is it tsukuyomi? not sure on skill name)
