...a manga where

1.) the main character gets bullied in school, and is an outkast. I hope it's romance.

+ No yaoi, yuri, or oneshots please, or tragedy.

Examples
+ Sukitte Li Na Yo
+ Cat Street
+ Imadoki


and

2.) A couple finds love on the internet and meet.
