What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

I'm looking for manga about a college neet/comic/otaku club where a 20 something year old joins but she looking like she 12 or something. The 20 something year old/12 look-a-like then moves in with the main character who's a guys and they start to have a relationship
