What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

I was browsing through MU forums and came about an interesting manga, but know i have forgotten its name.

From what i recall, its about a girl who becomes a monster to fight monsters

anyone have any idea what manga i'm thinking of?
