Just curious if there is any correlation between MBTI type and people who like to read manga.
If you don't know what MBTI is you can find more info about it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mbti
It's basically a personality test that they often give to college students and people in the workforce for the purpose of helping everyone to get along and work together, utilizing people's strengths and understanding their weaknesses, etc., etc.
That's the practical application of it anyway.
I'm not sure how accurate it is, but it's a fun idea.
If you haven't taken the test before you can take it here (I like this one best for some reason): http://www.mypersonality.info/personality-types/
If you don't like the idea of signing in you can also take it here: http://similarminds.com/jung.html
I'm INTP, btw.
Edit: For those who would like their results more "long-winded": ESTJ | ESFJ | ISTJ | ISFJ | ESTP | ESFP | ISTP | ISFP | ENTJ | ENTP | INTJ | INTP | ENFJ | ENFP | INFJ | INFP

I did the no-registration test, and got INFP.
I'm not surprised.
"INFPs focus much of their energy on an inner world dominated by intense feeling and deeply held ethics. They seek an external life that is in keeping with these values. Loyal to the people and causes important to them, INFPs can quickly spot opportunities to implement their ideals. They are curious to understand those around them, and so are accepting and flexible except when their values are threatened."
4,3% of the US population.
I'm fairly certain I did a similar test, and I got something else. xD It was something with "I" though, so at least they got that right. D:

Lol, I took the test weeks ago and got the same thing. ;3
Edit: Ohh, just notice I could be ESTJ too since I got a 50% on both F and T. But I'll just go with ESFJ~ O_O

Wish I had a long-winded uplifting message like Doc's.
All I got was Quote ISFJ - "Conservator". Desires to be of service and to minister to individual needs - very loyal.
Don't believe a word they say. I can't be that nice!

ENTJ, which from the description means I apparently like to be bossy and argue with everyone.
What the hell is a field marshal?
My prediction is that 96% of the votes will start with an "I."

Quote You scored as introverted and intellectually curious.
INTP - "Architect". Greatest precision in thought and language. Can readily discern contradictions and inconsistencies. The world exists primarily to be understood. 3.3% of total population. Oh hey, freaky. I did (at one point in my life) strive to be an Architect...
"Introverted and intellectually curious." - In other words, I just veg out on my own, feeding my brain with manga.

Quote from shaggievara What the hell is a field marshal? A high ranking military officer.
Quote from shaggievara My prediction is that 96% of the votes will start with an "I." This was my prediction as well, but we seem to be getting a lot of "E"s.
Edit: I take that back. It is definitely going in the "I"s direction now.

Yours would be...
"ISFJs are interested in maintaining order and harmony in every aspect of their lives. They are steadfast and meticulous in handling their responsibilities. Although quiet, they are people-oriented and very observant. Not only do they remember details about others, but they observe and respect others’ feelings. Friends and family are likely to describe them as thoughtful and trustworthy."
Uplifting enough?

Oh I remember this from elementary school (grade 8; when I was 12 years old).
I just took the non-register test and got INTJ --- The same all those years ago. Something I find strange... I'm much more comfortable with uncertainity than when I was 12.
