What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

Just like the title says, I'm looking for a specific manga. If I remember it correctly, it is about two bounty hunters of highschool age, ranked #1 and #2. First place is because his father was a famous bounty hunter, but he died. The other is a very cold/serious guy. Of course, number 2 appears to be the better bounty hunter.

If anyone knows the name of this manga, I would really appreciate them sharing it! It is really bothering me that I cannot remember it.
