I've read only a little bit of this series and got pertty bored, i mean it was kind of werid how there was somewhat random nudity. So know i was reading the last chapter, and it didn't have a romantic ending. So i was wondering if this series had really any romance? So i'm pertty much looking for spoilers.

If you want a High level romance manga then don't read tokyo crazy paradise. There isn't much romance and you can almost say its shounen but it is really good! i read it from ch1 to the end 2 times

There is some romance, but it's more subtle/understated than in most shoujo. It is more action/adventure, so if you're looking for something with a focus on romance you won't find it here...it is an awesome manga, though.

This manga is an excellent blending of comedy, action and romance. Romance isn't the whole manga but just one part of it. It's so well-developed though and so amazing that I really suggest you read further. The first chapters/volumes may seem boring/random/whatever but it really takes up after a while and you can't help but get hooked!

when Tsukasa confess to what's her face about how she really loves Ryuji, Ryuji was happy, but Tsukasa told him not to be happy because his wife to be will do something bad to her.
It is a really good manga, and even though it doesn't have a lot of romance, romance is not always everything. I like to comedy though.

Is it because Tsukasa didn't officially become the seisai?
I personally LOVED the romance part(as well as every part of the manga) and how excellently it was executed. The way their feelings sprung and developed, so natural and dashing, the changes in their way of thinking and resolves, everything was done with mastery in my opinion.
Their first kiss is one of the most beautiful kisses I've come across in anime/manga.
