What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

im looking for this manga i read a year ago it was about this girl who went to a big school it has a "butler" class and she ended up with a popular 1... any ideas?
