What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

I read this manga awhile back. It's a basketball manga about a short boy who can jump very high. He lives with his aunt at a bathhouse. His aunt used to be a basketball player as well. In the first few pages of the first chapter, he knocked over the wall of the bathhouse while practicing hoops.
