I'm looking for a story like please save my earth, dear darling or some like that where the main male character is a little or younger boy and his love interest is older then he is, also it would be good if it had no teen angst, and the boy does hook up with her and not his conveniently placed older brother how looks just like him. I just hope some day non hentai yaoi shota appears.

I second Otoyomegatari and add Merupuri, although it's a little angsty.
Oh, but there are a few non-hentai bl shota titles. There's Loveless, of course, and Kamen Teacher, among others.

I hate when they do that. When the male character looks older than the female becomes kind of irrelevant.

Sodatte Darling: You know the joke in Negima about some of the girls trying to do a "reverse Hikaru Genji Plan." This manga revolves around that. A 16 year old girl gets engaged to a 12 year old boy. She refuses at first but because she thought that there was no man good enough for her, she decided to "train" the guy to be the perfect man.
Tonari no Dannasama: Another fiance manga. The girl is a first year high school student while her fiancee is still in grade school. She very much fills the tsundere type just like Asuna in Negima. Its a very short manga. Her problem with their engagement is more about him being short than being younger although she complains about that too. In the end, Spoiler (highlight to view) it's implied that she'll eventually have feelings for him when he grows up
Kimi no Boku no Taiyou da. Not sure if this counts but the boy and girl met when she was 18 and he was 10. The romance doesn't start until 4 years later.
I first read these in Chinese scanlations so sorry if I don't know their japanese names and just used pronouns instead.

Ah! Ok, well I never caught his age is the manga, so I thought he must've been younger. Specially when he is still in High School and she's a teacher who is much older, and he looked pretty young.
