Alright, after reading the ending of Blue dragon not more then like 5 minutes ago, I can already say I didnt care much for that one. Seemed like a complete rush job.

I hate all ending, thats why i get really depressed when i reach an ending, i even left some mangas at the very end...

i cant give you a source but they cant leave the air gear anime half finished and with so many unanswered questions plus if code geuss get a second season why shouldnt air gear

Monster and Ultra Red
Monster had this big twist at the last second. Spoiler (highlight to view) The mass murderer is on the loose again. I feel like there should be a sequel.
For Ultra Red, it felt like the mangaka stopped right in the middle of the series.
There was another thread asking which five series do you want another volume for (like an epilogue). These two are on my list as well as Slam Dunk.

Onegai twins extremely anti climactic
Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien just felt like he should have been with the other girl
Trigun Anime
Grappler Baki
Tenjou Tenge
Hellsing anime (Strayed too far)
Fate/Stay night
Black Cat manga (ending seemed rushed)
Kenshin anime trailed off before getting cancelled
Get Backers
Hikaru no go wrote out the(imo) main character
i think that's all i can remember for now

holy crap, the fate/stay night and get backers anime endings were horrible. I wanted to punch an orphan after the ending to fate/stay night, that one hurt me deep. Then get backers was like half done, so I am hoping the manga ending is much better, where they actually finish it.

Ichigo 100%(hated that he didn't end up with his I guess, "true love")
Slam Dunk(wanted more)
Death Note(Yagami shouldn't have lost.. atleast tying would've been good)
Hikaru no Go(really wanted more)
For those who watched the Hikaru no Go anime, I don't know for sure since I didn't watch nearly as much as I had read, but apparently the manga went a bit further than the anime had.
Airgear anime watchers should read the manga if they are unsatisfied with how the story ended up.
