What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

Hello, I was looking for the name of a maga where the guy likes to take a peek through corners, or the narrow spaces between buildings and he always peeks at the girl next door through the narrow gap between her curtains but has no idea, that the girl herself has been peeking on him and taking pictures of him too.

Can anybody please help me out?
