I'm looking for a love story with some realistic sex (as far as the relationship goes) but nothing graphic and it not being the point of the manga. Any suggestions?

Koibana Onsen has lots of graphic fanservice. I don't think any smut is like that. Perhaps you are after stuff like Aki-Sora and Love Junkies, not smut.
