Some time ago I read this story about a high school girl who starts dating her sister's friend, a college student, whom she believes is in love with her sister, because after months of dating he still hasn't even kissed her. And there were rumors going around about him being a playboy. It should be 3-4 volumes long.
I'm sure it was a shoujo with oldish art, but not too old (maybe end 90s)
