How about the under-development of romantic relationships?
(haha shoujo fan here!)
I mean, how many people want to see a relationship develop further in shounen like Naruto and Bleach? Will it ever happen?

Nope, but shoujo series usually have perfect relationships.
Both sides suck at this. ^_^

I'd rather not have any hinting at romantic relationships at all in shounen manga.
Not that I dislike those, but please, not in shounen manga.

Why not ? I also think too much would be not so great, but a little bit more realism to the romantic realtionships would benefit shonen mangas. Not much, only a litte bit.

What about the main character has to go see the weird hermit to train him, and the hermit is weak looking but can destroy a whole mountain with their pinky, and though you never actually see this alleged "training" take place, the main character leaves the training super strong and ready to kick ass, but there is still one bit of training that the character must realize on their own and the hermit knows about it but won't teach it, and halfway through the last fight the main guy realizes what it is and flashes back to the weird hermit, and then the weird hermit smiles and the main character wins the fight.
It's not a bad plot device, per se, but it just gets used way too much.

I'd like to see a lirrle more lovin' in series like those, not enough to distract from action or plot terribly. But they add a whole new level to flow of the story.

Exactly, not too much but a little bit more would be nice. And most shounen protagonists are around 15, when I was 15 i was horny like hell so a little bit realism please

I agree, please, leave romance out of my action/adventure... If I want romance I'd read one.
I hate romance and all the clichéd misunderstandings (and other random stuff) that goes with it...
I also started to get reaaaaly annoyed by the trip down and associated consequences clichés...
I mean seriously, when you FALL rolling down the stairs from the third floor no matter what kind of position you get at the end. I think normal people would be more interested to check if you are still breathing after that than kicking your ass because of the weird unintentional landing.
And there is also the, OMG we have to fight the most powerful and worst evil there ever was to save the world from ultimate destruction!!!! But once defeated, OMGx2 there was actually an even worse and more powerful evil out there! (repeat anywhere between 2 to 359 times)
And like everybody, I just hate how the wimpy, idiotic, ugly looking main character gets all the girls in a 20km radius. And actually even some from outer space and foreign countries...

Even if someone gets hit with the force of a nuke or loses gallons of blood, a couple of days rest will be more than enough to recover. And they can still train in their condition. Bleach is bad about this one.
Then there's the Naruto clone loophole. I really, really HATE this, and it's actually one of the reasons I can't stand Naruto. Whenever one side looks to have the advantage, then comes in for the kill... the 'loser' was actually a clone and THEY are the ones with the advantage... but in reality the bad guy is ALSO a clone. It's great at building up suspense... and then dropping it off a cliff.
I also hate the idealistic shounen leads. They're either max badass or max lame... there is rarely any Kyon-like 'normal guy'. Except in the new manga Our Hero Studies, the guy really reminds me of Kyon.

I would like to add for no romance in shonen. I think its ok if people get married or get together, but it shouldn't be part of the plot. Something like dragon ball where in the end everybodys married to somebody, but you don't have chapters of love triangles.
Sure, in Bleach there are a lot of hints and so on, but would you really want to have a chapter talking about some girl being dissapointed in ichigo and wondering if she should break up?
I think some relationships can be introduced, but not directly. For example a very popular couple in Naruto, TenTen and that smart guy with the long name. I think it would be cool if its mentioned they are dating and other people can make fun of him. "ohhhh, look at me, now i have a grilfriend, now i take showers all the time and try to look cool" , but please, no actual romance. No first dates, no holdiay trips to the beach, and no absolutly no love triangles.

I dont mind the romances so much as long as the are pure clean and simple. I fully agree on the no love triangles, that just is horrible in an action series. Dates should be left to the guy and girl wasting a group of ninjas, there is a perfect date.

Just for clarification, I wasn't suggesting the all-out shoujo drama romance be in shounen (or else it would be shoujo!), just some nominal satisfaction that character X gets with character Y, or something. Look at how many people wonder (again with Bleach and Naruto examples) who Ichigo likes, Rukia? Inoue? Anybody? What about Naruhina? Temari and Shika? etc etc. If you ask me, some shounen gives all these little romantic hints, but doesn't resolve any. Of course for both of these examples, I have only watched some of the anime, not the manga, so correct me if I'm wrong.
Also, (at least in anime versions), fight scenes seem to last for episodes and episodes!
