Does anyone have suggestions for a good shounen or seinen manga told from a female character's point of view?
Not from these genres: action (or at least not primarily action), horror, sports, ecchi, hentai ("mature" is OK so long as the sexuality is not fanservice)
Also, the heroine should be human.
Examples:
Aria
Brigit's Supper
Children of the Sea
Chocolat (KUBONOUCHI Eisaku)
DoLL (OKADO Tatsuya)
Emma
Eternal Sabbath
Giri no Vacance
Gisele Alain - maybe (no one's point of view is really taken)
Ikioku - The Cooler Half
Island (KOMI Naoshi)
Sakuran
She Got Off the Bus at the Peninsula
Shion no Ou
Solanin - some parts
Twin Spica
Undercurrent
Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan
Yotsuba&! - maybe (do we ever really know what is going on in that child's head?)
True, I could just read a shoujo/josei, but there is something different I enjoy about the kind of manga I just described.
No need to suggest other mangas by the authors of any mangas listed above -- I've already checked them.
Thank you!
EDIT:
Also, if you can weigh in on these (I haven't read them, but they seem to fit my search), that would be helpful:
Chinatsu no Uta
Ikoku Meiro no Croisée
Sexy Voice and Robo
Sketchbook
Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo

Forget-me-not
Kobato
The Dolls House
I also recommend Fugurumakan Raihouki but the main character is not a human. But I guess she has human's emotions?

I think you know them already but I'm gonna say it anyway.
Love Roma since it's centered on both his and her pow (you include Eternal Sabbath in your list so I suppose this is fine too).
These two don't really fit all of your criteria but for some reasons I want to mention them anyway.
Koe de Oshigoto! This has a lot of mature content, but even if it's tagged as ecchi I'd not call it a ecchi manga. I'm gonna advise you that there are strong reference to H stuff, but the innocence of the main girl sort of makes up for that (at least until I read it). I'd perfectly understand anyway if you don't want to look at this at all.
Gunslinger Girl This could not fit your criteria for two reasons: girls are cyborgs (but I still think of them as human, so this is why I'm including them) and there is action, but it's more a psychological and drama manga than an action one imho. But probably you already knew about it and exclude it for the cyborg thing.

Huzzah! You guys are awesome!
@reid1: In fact, I have read Koe de Oshigoto!, and like it quite a bit. I just didn't want recommenders to go down that road because female leads in ecchi mangas tend to lack character development.

Er, did someone just change the tag? Because until yesterday, it was tagged seinen, and the other series published in Comic High! seem to be seinen.

Hmmm... but if it was seinen, Aurora wouldn't publish it.

What exactly is your point? English publishers have nothing to do with the readers' demographic, since it's set by Japanese. Futabasha's Comic High! is considered to be a seinen magazine. If you have any info about the publication that can be taken as a proof to the contrary, please, expound it in this thread.
