I'm wondering if anyone can tell me of any good comedy manga , whose main character is like lotto from yureka or ondal in aspirin where the main character is not evil, but has less morals than the norm.( edit: used in a comedic fashion )

any names of good gag mangas also requested as all of the are nearly labled comedy.

Aiki The protagonist is definitely not a saint. It doesn't mean he is the bad guy, but sometimes it's hard to distinguish that fine distinction when he acts worse than his enemies. It's still funny as hell. Check out few chapters to see if it whets your appetite.

Bastard!! The main protagonist is definitely evil but he turns things around a little. Still very satisfying compared to so-called shonen heroes who spout nonsense such as justice and power of friendship.

you should also read shamo : anti-hero
rebirth : seems like an anti-hero at first but as the
story goes on turns out to be not as bad
as he seems

Kurohime
He's Dedicated to Roses's main character doesn't necessarily have lesser morals, just they're mad at a particular person.
Ludwig Kakumei
Yu Yu Hakusho, though its only comedic for the first few chapters
Sugar Sugar Rune, though to be fair, they were raised with different morals.
Does it have to be the main character? Katekyo Hitman Reborn! is funny (for the first 6 volumes) because everyone except for the main character's lack of morals or common sense.
