I'm looking for a realistic slice of life Seinen or Josei manga. I'm looking of mangas that are both mature and realistic, no plots involving supernatural, sci-fi, or fantasy, just simple things that happen in everyday life.

Some examples that fit
Solanin
Honey and Clover
Usagi drop
yesterday wo Utatte

Thanks in advance biggrin

Jinja no Susume
My Girl (SAHARA Mizu)
Sangatsu no Lion

Edit: Dammit, I meant Flat (AOGIRI NATSU)

Flat, it is a shojo but it is kind of similar to Usagi Drop with a guy looking after a kid.
And maybe [/m]Aishiteruze Baby[m] which is another looking after a kid one, shojo, but with a bit more drama.

Undercurrent
Saint Young Men
Second Momonchi.
Third Yotsuba&!, though My Girl (Sahara Mizu) and Flat (AOGIRI NATSU) are quite adorable as far as kids go.

Also YKK - the epitome of slice of life. I know you said no sci-fi, but trust me, this is the most relaxing and piece of manga you may ever read.

Since you mentioned Solanin, I would encourage you to read ASANO Inio other works as well. Oyasumi Punpun has already been mentioned, so I'll recommend Subarashii Sekai and Sekai no Owari to Yoakemae (both contain a number of oneshots or vignettes of people's daily lives.)

My very usual recommendation:
Love Roma

Something else:
Mahoraba maybe not something that can happen in everyday's life, but gives a really good "slice of life feeling".
And I can't avoid to mention Spice and Wolf even if you said no fantasy. Give it a chance if you can.

Fourth Yotsuba-chan and second Genshiken.

Nicoichi you probably like this one
Dousei Recipe ecchi biggrin
Honeymoon Salad
Shikeisyu 042
Binbou Shimai Monogatari and Joshikousei and [m] Minami-ke [/m]: seinen but they are kind of cute high school girl do cute and fun things daily.
Blood Alone: you may not like supernatural but I think this one fit your theme perfectly smile
Kimi wa Pet
Natsu no Zenjitsu the protagonist and drawing style are alike yesterday wo Utatte

And the manga by YAMAHANA Noriyuki and my favorite ADACHI Mitsuru they're good at catching simple life story but their drawing style is a bit odd.

Inu wo Kau
Spoiler (highlight to view)
The first story is sad, even more so if you replace the dog with a human being.
but the rest are pretty sweet.

I'll try to list the ones that have practically no plot.

Aruku Hito
Living Game (this has more plot than others, but it's a must on the list)
Love Roma
Ohikkoshi
Push Man
Endo Hiroki Tanpenshuu
Subarashii Sekai
Yesterday wo Utatte
Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou (It's soft scifi, but I listed it nontheless)
Yotsubato!
