Technically, I would settle for anything involving a girl and a boy becoming the opposite gender for any reason like My Barbaric Girlfriend, but I prefer to see a romantic couple experience such a switch. There has to be 2 gender bender please...

Yeah, currently NG Life is the only one I can think of with re-incarnated friends/lovers, some which change genders and some which don't.

try please save my earth iirc both parties from one of the couples are reincarnated as opposite gender
you might want to try kwaidan. i cant remember if the lovers were reincarnated as the opposite gender so im just throwing this suggestion in the mix and hope it sticks

Oyayubihime Infinity - not sure if there were 2, but they were reincarnated and one was the opposite gender .

There is a gender bender in Mamotte! Lollipop but I don't remember which series it's in...the first or second.
For reincarnation and gender bender, Uragiri wa Boku no Namae o Shitteiru However it's light shounen ai..
Another really light shounen ai is Full Moon ni Sasayaite
the boy/fiance turns into a girl and that's when a lot of the cuteness happens so it's not totally weird.

With body swap, in Danshi ing Girl! a girl that hates guys suffers that with a guy, who's in an all-boys school. About the love interest Spoiler (mouse over to view) is the best friend of the former boy.
If you're interested someday in lovers reincarnated and one-sided gender issue, that happens in Uragiri wa Boku no Namae o Shitteiru Spoiler (mouse over to view) with one of them being a boy, so shounen-ai is implied. You can also check Yumenara Samenaide story 2 with Spoiler (mouse over to view) shoujo-ai implied.
As for lovers gender-bender with the reincarnation tag, don't recall one at the moment ^.^". Have you tried Advanced Search with Body Swap/s, Reincarnation, and Gender Bender?
