Momoko Manual The glasses are actually apart of the story. There are a couple other ones, but I think they are like nerdy girl with glasses gets transformed into a beauty without them. They aren't in glasses long.

I second Emma , a very romantic seinen and a fantasticly-depicted setting to boot. Check out the sequel too, Emma bangaihen.
If you like shounen titles of the 'fight for survival' kind , I'd suggest you King of Thorn too.
Shoujo romance with reincarnation issues:
Oyayubihime Infinity ^_^
The first oneshot in the Tongari Root anthology
and the first one in the Hikitateyaku no Koi collection also (both are shoujo).
