Erm...there's baka-updates. O_O
Basically the same as this site in regards to releases and such. As for other things like lists, I'm not sure. There's this one site where you can make your own anime lists, totally forgot the name though. .__.
Edit~ Not sure what you mean by "similar" but this thread may help. Other anime sites are listed as well.

They have no fansubs.
But if you want to watch anime a week after it airs, you can go there.
