Just a personal note to say I'm VERY interested in any shoujo/josei with this theme, because it's rare despite being so realistic. (I mean it's weird to think that guys are always more experienced lol, that isn't even mathematically possible.) Which means I'm also looking forward to recs. 
Kimi wa Pet - older woman, younger guy
Hotaru no Hikari - w/ the younger dude, I think?
Talking About... - two of the three main women are more experienced...
All My Darling Daughters - at least one or two of the romances
Sakuran - er, she's a prostitute so is more experienced in sex at least if not in love (but not a typical romance so may not be what you're looking for)

Deep Love - Ayu no Monogatari The series, I think it's Ayu mostly, but she is a prostitute and the guy is sick so he hasn't really been outside the hospital.
