Sasuke and Naruto fight to the death and Sakura tries to stop them, but is killed in the process (by Sasuke). Then Sasuke leaves, never to be seen again, and Naruto is scarred for life.
Lol, I don't think that's what's gonna happen, but it's what would happen if I were writing the story (maybe) . . .

Seeing as this is a shounen, I'll go for the cliche. Naruto becomes Hokage, Sakura ends up with Rock Lee (just out of spite). As for Sasuke, though I am one of the few people who genuinely likes him (though I blame doujinshis and fanfictions for my fondness), will stay as a missing nin out there with Suigetsu and Jugo. I could careless about Karin 
I just can't picture a nice resolution for the Naruto-Sasuke conflict without seeing blood. One of them just needs to die, there is no way Sasuke is going back to Konoha in peace.

let's see....... madara is defeated, naruto becomes hokage then sasuke comes to destroy konoha, they fight (a fight full of flashbacks) and they kill each other, life goes on..... the end

I really hope the ending isn't tht naruto becomes the Hokage. He should follow in Jiraiya's footsteps . The way I look at it, that is the only way he can bring peace to the ninja world after this is all over since lingering hatred will remain. As for Sakura and Sasuke they can get together and die in a fire for all I care lol.

after a long while from now. Naruto and Sasuke will fight... naruto will die and tries to use that custom from last manga... sasuke will open his heart and use one of his eyes with the stupid jutsu danzo had and will ress naruto. Naruto will leave konoha cuz he have way too much hate under his shoulders and become a new sage of tha who knows how many paths... and end as a legend.
