I've been reading a lot of series about some delinquent getting in fights and what not, but in all the ones I've read the main guy's sidekick/friend seems to be the one who gets the girl. For example Hareluya II BOY
Kyou Kara Ore Wa!! is there though he doesn't seem to have any relation with his love interest.
Oh, and of course I've read Angel Densetsu before anyone mentions it. I don't really count it though, since he's not really a delinquent.
Oh, just because I forgot to mention I'm fine with anything besides hentai and smut(and smutty Yaoi)

It's been a while since I read it, but I think Cheeky Angel fits what you're looking for. If I remember correctly the male protagonist was a delinquent.

Sort of fits, but most of the manga is actually about him not getting the girl, lol. It's also mostly from the girl's perspective.

"do you want to try" is one, still in progress. mostly from a girls perspective. "beast master", but he's not a delinquent, ppl just think he is and mostly from a girls point of view...
there's "tokyo crazy paradise" though. its from the writer of the ever famous "skip beat!" and its mostly from a girls point of view, but the dude is the head of the japanese mafia, and its not smutty, good for boys AND girls to read (in my opinion) and well...it just rocks

You may want to try Yankee-kun to Megane-chan, although it's mostly a comedy.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm already reading/read a good number of them but that doesn't really matter. Don't see why I wouldn't like a story from a girl's point of view. Guess I'll just start reading then.
