I'm looking for a manga with a narcissist main character, losing control of himself. Past a point where he can no longer maintain his modest looks or his own principles. Any kind is fine as long as it's not ecchi or fanservice. but its okay if it has mature nudity.

Death Note was the first thing that came to mind, though he holds on to his principles until the very end, if I'm not mistaken.

kyou kara ore wa!! maybe? The main character should be spot on what your looking for, and its a good read. Quite funny too.

hmm i should've made my lists public.and not even 1 5th of manga i've read so far are on those lists. i am way too lazy for that. anyway i ll take a look at Tamago no Kimi and The World Is Mine, looks interesting (at least from the description). thanks 
btw Kyou Kare Ore Wa is indeed a good read. now that i think of it, Aiki was that way as well. but a former hentai artist(!) was author and it was ecchi/harem so... i was a bit prejudiced about that one.
