I too tried out how much guro I can read and I can finally say there some really insane ones but I wasn't disgusted at all, I guess I watched too many horror movies lol xD try Applicant For Death, Igyou Nami Club and other works by UZIGA Waita same artist as from mai-chan I heard about a guro artist named Yamatonoworochi but I coulndt find soemthing at baka about his works but maybe you can search the net if you're interested ^^ and I would recommend Toukyou Akazukin and Satanister if you don't want only weird but a interesting story too, they were really good imao

Jiro Matsumoto definitely for weird stuff (not guro much though) it's just a bunch of stories that are really, really weird and normally end up with someone dying or in hentai manga so yeah but it's funny sumtimes.
