I'm looking for Political manga, perhaps focusing on Political system such as Facism, Capitalism and Communism ect. I'd like it if Romance was part of the main plot. :3

I'd like to exclude Yaoi, Yuri, Shounen Ai, Shoujo Ai, Hentai, Adult, Shotacon and possibly Ecchi.

For extra, I'm mostly into Shoujo, Josei (but I like serious Seinen), Pyschological

Hanasakeru seishounen

Very engaging and probably inspired by the Kingdom of Brunei ^^
But I suggest you to watch the anime, it's still ongoing in Japan and being subbed by HorribleSubs =)

You may have already read these but:
Sanctuary
Akumetsu

There is minimal romance in these, but they are both completed and good.

I would suggest Battle Royale, but it's pretty hardcore.
Maybe Akumetsu is the one for you.

Eden <---- Not very.... but it does have political undertones.
Princess <-- Much more romance oriented.

Saiunkoku Monogatari, although its more of a novel series and anime than a manga at this time. Mind you, its starts off slow and not very political, but once the story take off, it gets very political. Although the romance sort of takes a side story at parts.
