What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

Hey, I'm looking for a manga with a heroine (preferably couple) like Hikari from Special A, who likes to do everything in the best way possible, and hates to lose

I already read
Special A (duh)

please don't recommend Kare Kano, I tried it and didn't really like it

If you don't mind smut, Midnight Secretary has a perfectionist heroine.
