I'm looking for a manga that the main lead has a split personality for example the lead is a character who is kind on the outside then later on his personality changes in to a dark cold personality(something like that)

1)please no yaoi/yuri/shounen-ai/shoujo-ai

2)genres I prefer that must be there are- romance/comedy/school life

sorry but it's not really what i'm looking for. another example is if you have ever read the ouran high school host club series. then you would know the dark personalities of haruhi, kyoya, and hunny.

But for those who do not know what i am talking about. I'm looking for a main character who can turn into an evil/boss or cold villain kind of thing. (it's kind of hard to explain unless you know what i'm talking about in the example above)

So you're looking for protagonists who are 2-faced? Or do you mean protagonists that have violent/serious mood swings?

For the former, I recommend Death Note and Zippy Ziggy.

For the latter, I recommend Black Cat (maybe) and Joshikousei.

For a mix of both, I guess Kare Kano and Trigun Maximum.

EDIT: Oops, half of those don't fit into the romance/comedy/school life category...

everying below is a school-life shoujo comedy
Charming Junkie - personality is extremely different for the main guy between when he's being himself or when he's posing as a female model
Otomen - protagonist trying to hide his shoujo heart with a manly facade
Shounenshoujo Romance - an inwardly narcisstic and arrogant main guy puts on a "princely" facade
Houou Gakuen Misoragumi - main guy appears innocent and cute on the outside but is actually an evil, evil devil on the inside
Pheromomania Syndrome - main guy looks to be defenseless/cute in front of his crush but is vicious/evil to everyone else
