What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

Friends or more without knowing their identities

I'm looking for manga where two people meet eachother and become friends(or more) without knowing eachothers' identities. Those identities however should keep them from getting together (like they're supposed to hate eachother or in the case of romance are related)

some examples are:
basara
Spoiler (highlight to view)
sarasah and the red king meet and fall in love without knowing they really hate who the other person is

koi kaze went on a date and feelings developed(I guess?) without knowing they were really related.
