I only saw part of one episode on TV and want to find more:

It was an anime/cartoon about a detective who had a large android partner and the main villain had a butler.

In the episode the detective had to request weapons and all he got was one pistol round. The end of the episode involved the android releasing his coolant to prevent something from exploding and the butler warning the villain not to tamper with the gold market.

It was like a business anime.
