I'm looking for manga with an adorable character. Gender doesn't matter, they just have to inspire moe feelings.

Heres the kind of moe I'm looking for:
Flat (AOGIRI Natsu) Aki-kun (the little boy)
Ikoku Meiro no Croisée The japanese girl
miman renai the little girl the guy meets

I'd prefer it if the art style leaned more towards the realistic side. Not something like Zero no Tsukaima where its disproportionate and looks like the characters were drawn cutesy intentionally.

I understand, though, for future reference, your humorous usage of it is also wrong because the word is pronounced "mo eh" and not "mo." And yeah, what you're looking for is not remotely moe. In fact, your desire for realistic art and not "intentionally" cute designs specifically eliminates it.

Faster than a Kiss OMG the main girl and then theres her little brother who is just too adorable.
Kimi ni Todoke Naive cute and the boy is pretty sweet too.
Meru Puri The guy turns into a kid and there are some serious squeal inducing moments.
Karneval The drawings are all cute.
Pheromomania Syndrome The boy is too sweet
Hana to Akuma Honestly, the sweetest thing.
Ouran High Host Club won't bother describing.
Fruits Basket Another obvious one.
