I am looking for a type of manga that is about either a girl falling in love with a delinquent or a delinquent falling for girl type manga i dnt care if its comedy or whatever just please no tragedy please thanks!!!

Mars, he's a bad boy and she's a good girl (frankly my favorite manga). I think Kill me Kiss me and Beast Master are the delinquent/bad boy thing.

Oresama Teacher - guy is a former deliquent, girl is his...um...apprentice + student
Ah! Itoshi no Banchousama - girl goes to school full of deliquents and somehow becomes their boss
Faster than a Kiss - also a former deliquent, now a teacher
shounen/others:
Pretty Face - it's been a while but I'm sure it's about a deliquent who gets a girl's face and ah...there's romance
Yanki-kun to Megane-chan - they're both deliquents (well actually just about everyone of the main characters except for one is a deliquent), and this is a shounen, not shoujo, but there is some romance to it
Midori no Hibi - I never read this myself but apparently it's got a deliquent male protagonist in it
Gokusen - classic, not that much romance but one of the deliquent students does fall for his teacher, who is also the daughter of a yakuza boss
