As the topic suggest, I liked to see if anyone had any good suggestions for any father-ish family oriented manga. Some of the ones I've already read which deal with fatherly actions include:
Arigatou, Yotsuba, Forever Honey.

Not a huge list as you can see.

Preferably I would like a manga focusing on family relationships then just having random scenes with a funny lovable dad: Bleach, Shuffle, Soul Eater. Anyway, thanks for any suggestions that may come about.

Usagi Drop (even though he's not technically her father)
Otaku no Musume-san (about an otaku learning how to take care of his child)

Maybe Orange Yane no Chiisana Ie
Good Father
Love So Life - he's not the father, but the uncle. Not sure if you're interested in shoujo - this is definitely a typical shoujo - but I recommend it.

I also second Hotman and Usagi Drop.

Kodomo no Taion, Baby Pop and Minna Ai no Seine are more light-hearted.

Seizon - Life and My Father's Journal are very serious.

If you don't mind incest (non-smutty), then Jinbe is great.

Seconding Hotman and Good Father.
